Station Computer News
When you are finished using a
computer at the station please remember to log off. If you do not log
off this leaves applications running on the computer. If I connect to
the computer via the internet this can cause problems.
I have created a shortcut on the bay computer for access of the New Web
CAD login. This will save a few steps. If you need to print the incident
report you must hit Alt-P keys together for the printing dialog box to
appear for the report. Then proceed to tell the computer how many pages
that you need and then hit Enter key.
Please do not add any new programs or toolbars to
any station computer before checking with me. Most of these programs
should not be a problem, but we must be careful what we download.
This could be an invitation for a virus, spyware, or adware.
